What we actually do

222 IT Solutions builds and looks after the digital side of small and growing businesses — the website, the marketing, the artwork and the video. The work is deliberately joined up, so that the things your customers see all look like they came from the same company, because they did.
Plenty of agencies will take a budget and produce activity. We would rather produce a result you can point at. That means being specific about what a piece of work is meant to achieve before it starts, and being willing to say when something is not worth doing.

Plain English, always
You should never need a glossary to understand what you are paying for. If we cannot explain a recommendation in a sentence you would repeat to a colleague, it is probably not a good recommendation.
Scope agreed before work starts
Everything is written down first — what is included, what is not, how many rounds of changes, and what happens if you want something extra. Fixed prices only work if both sides know what was bought.
No lock-in
Your domain, hosting, analytics and advertising accounts are yours, in your name, and you get the files. Staying with us should be a choice, not a consequence of not being able to leave.
We will talk you out of things
If a redesign will not fix the problem, or the budget is better spent elsewhere, we will say so. Short-term that costs us work. Long-term it is the only reason anybody recommends you.
How we work
Small enough to care, organised enough to deliver
You deal with the people doing the work. There is no account manager relaying messages to a production team you never meet, which means questions get answered properly and decisions do not take a week.
That does not mean it is informal. Every project runs to a written scope with agreed stages, and you see progress on a preview link as it happens rather than waiting for a reveal at the end. If something is going to slip, you hear it from us first.
