Terms and conditions

The terms on which you may use this website and on which 222 IT Solutions provides its services.

Last updated: 5 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of 222itsolutions.com. By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by 222 IT Solutions. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean 222 IT Solutions, and “you” means the person using this site or engaging our services.

2. Using this website

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use. You must not use this site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to transmit malicious code or unsolicited advertising.

We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of this site without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.

3. Information on this site is not an offer

The descriptions of our services on this site are provided for general information. They are not an offer to contract, and nothing on this site constitutes professional advice you should act on without speaking to us about your own circumstances.

We take care to make the content of this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.

4. Quotations, proposals and the contract between us

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or quotation. That document sets out the specific terms of your project, including:

  • the scope of work, and what is expressly excluded from it;
  • the fee, and whether any deposit is payable before work begins;
  • the payment schedule and invoice terms;
  • the number of revision rounds included;
  • the expected timescale and what it depends on;
  • cancellation and refund terms for that project.

A contract is formed when you accept that proposal in writing. Where the proposal and these general terms differ, the proposal takes precedence. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and is based on the requirements described to us at the time; if those requirements change, we will tell you before doing additional work and agree any change to the fee in writing first.

5. Your responsibilities

Projects depend on things only you can provide. You agree to supply, in good time, the content, information, materials and account access the work requires, and to give feedback and approvals within the timescales agreed. Where a project is delayed because those are outstanding, the timescale is extended accordingly.

You confirm that any text, images, logos, video, music or other material you supply to us is either owned by you or properly licensed for the use intended, and that using it will not infringe anyone else's rights. You remain responsible for that material, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from it.

You are also responsible for the accuracy of the factual claims you ask us to publish. We will not publish testimonials, reviews, statistics, accreditations or qualifications that cannot be evidenced. Publishing fake or unverifiable reviews is an offence under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

6. Intellectual property

This website. The content, design and code of 222itsolutions.com belong to us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our permission.

Work we produce for you. Ownership of the deliverables we create for a client is set out in that project's written proposal, and passes on receipt of final payment unless the proposal says otherwise. Until we have been paid in full, we retain ownership of the work.

Third-party components. Some elements — typefaces, stock imagery, music, plugins and libraries — carry their own licences from their own rights holders. Those licences are passed to you on their own terms, and we will tell you where one applies and what it permits.

Your material. Anything you supply remains yours. You grant us the licence we need to use it for the purpose of carrying out the work.

7. Costs you pay directly

Our fees cover our own work. Third-party costs — domain registration and renewal, hosting, email, SSL certificates, paid stock images, licensed fonts and music, advertising spend and any other paid service a project needs — are paid by you directly to the provider, in your own name, so that ownership and billing stay with you.

We add no margin or handling charge to those costs, and we will not purchase anything of this kind on your behalf without agreeing it with you first and telling you what it costs.

8. Search rankings and results

Search engines and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties and their ranking systems change without notice. We will carry out the technical and content work described in your proposal, but we do not guarantee any particular search position, level of traffic, number of enquiries or return on advertising spend, and no such guarantee should be inferred from anything on this site.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from our services. Our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees paid to us for that project.

These terms do not affect the statutory rights of a consumer. If you are engaging us as a consumer rather than in the course of a business, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to them.

10. Links to other websites

Where this site links to a website we do not control, that link is provided for information only. We are not responsible for the content of those sites or for anything that happens on them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the date of your visit is the version that applies, and the date it was last revised is shown at the top of the page. Changes do not affect a contract already formed under a written proposal.

12. Contacting us

If you have a question about these terms, please use the form on our contact page. Please also read our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.
